My first batch of hot sauce – came out better than expected.

A mix of peppers, from my garden – variegated pepper fish, habanero and cayenne.

Chopped to fine pulp in blender, just salt, garlic, white vinegar, boiled/simmered and strained – nothing else (next batch I’ll try fermented).

Slightly thicker than Texas Pete, and reddish/orange color. Seems hotter than Tabasco but tastes and looks great, going on the wings tonight.
