I keep seeing these damn steaks get posted, so I picked one up for the lulz.
At first I wasn’t sure, because they’re stupid pricey for just being a fancy, thick ribeye. Sam’s club has packs of three nice sized ribeyes, for the same cost as this.
I haven’t had or grilled a steak in….. years. No joke, we don’t really do steak in my house. Not for any reason, we all like it a lot actually. It’s strange.
All said and done, I’ll buy one again at a holiday. My wife is thinking New Years, and I think she’s right.

It’s all about how it tastes! So you tell us… How’d you do?
Food can look great posted on the internet and taste like a flip flop
This is absolutely gorgeous! The crust, the cook and color inside! Chef’s kiss 10/10.
You did good.
I might warm it up a couple degrees hotter than that. And don’t let it eat the herbs.
I would suggest making the entire steak look like the marks, rather than focus on making marks. I mean, that’s what makes steaks taste good. Picture four with the money shot really shows the inconsistency of the sear. Still a great looking steak.
Looks great! Is definitely eat that and probably be very pleased.
Looks like a winner 🏆
You got the dog seal of approval. Ya done good.
Looks a little overcooked for me personally, but I bet it tasted great!
You have it upside down
