Texmex blend of cheese, shredded chicken and salsa. Forgot to chop up some cilantro and jalapeños and chuck it in there as well. Salsa and queso for dipping. Didn’t have time to make Pico de Gallo or guacamole. The kids thoroughly enjoyed it though.
