I wanted to try one without the usual tomato. This was inspired by my favorite pizza that I order from a place called Zalat pizza whenever I drive into Texas. They call it Sweet Revenge. In total this is like the 3rd pizza I’ve ever made. I did a Detroit style last time.

So what is that “sauce” on the top? Looks like jelly. Looks good either way. I’m down.
I thought the sauce may have been fig jam, and now I’m wondering if a spicy fig jam exists already for pizza?
