  1. Made this and it was DELICIOUS!! Had to use dried herbs except parsley bc that’s all I could get my hands on and I did forget the red onion but it was still so good!

  2. Wow how large are your garlic cloves? I’m not sure I’ve even seen any that big in the UK…. love love love garlic 🧄😋

  3. I DONT recommend the shock of water … you want the starch so that the dressing attaches nicely .. also it’s best to fully cook… the salad will be so much better 😀

  4. This has become my dish I bring to my annual family reunion. Everyone raves and thanks me, every single time. This recipe is the very best. I do add a jar of artichoke hearts marinated in EVOO, and offer optional add-in sides of pine nuts, pesto, shredded chicken, and goat’s milk cheese crumbles. Fresh oregano, basil, dill, and parsley from the garden, and organic GF quinoa pasta spirals. SO SO SO GOOD!!
