I’ve had a lot I really like here but the fish tacos are basically perfect. Masa beer batter, amazing tortillas.
Glad to see them get some extra shine from BA.

Have had some great food there. Also a big fan of Bar Toti for Spanish-influenced drinks (the Sherry Cobbler is delicious) and tapas.

I had an *okay* meal at Este. TBH, it wasn’t so different from a usual Mariscos truck, except that it cost twice as much. I think those flavors are so strong that it’s hard to find a more elegant expression of them. But the space was great, the service was incredible and the cocktails were awesome. I’d go back!

I really happy with BA’s swing through Austin of late (the Canje vid a few weeks back was really well-put-together).
It’s still dogshit how BA ran off so much of the talent from their test kitchen, though (https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/voraciously/wp/2020/08/06/three-bon-appetit-video-stars-leave-the-test-kitchen-series-due-to-alleged-racial-discrimination/)
