Costco Single Origin Peru in my begginer setup

I had been pulling extra dark roasts up until I picked this up yesterday. Super impressive selection of beans, haven’t seen a single cracked bean.

Flavour is a bit acidic but could be my settings. Overall very good! $16 for 2 pounds is nice.
