Upping my smashburger game with the baking steel

    This bad boy is 80/20 choice beef on a Homemade wheat bun with House burger sauce, caramelized onions and American Cheese. This is the first time I’ve smashed them on a preheated baking steel In the oven at 450°F. Its much faster than one at a time in my cast iron. Hopefully I’ll up my crust/lacy edge game next go round. These weren’t perfect, but its trending in the right direction!
