In a large stainless skillet I sauté onions in butter, toast my English muffin insides, fry an egg (easy), warm my *thinly* sliced pork tenderloin.
Then I stack pork on bottom English muffin, followed by American cheese slice, egg, sautéed onion, cilantro, dollop of sour cream, and finally second American cheese slice before topping with English muffin, wrapping in foil, and throwing in the oven at 250 for five minutes.
