Great bark and the juiciest flat I’ve made so far. Wasn’t a huge fan of the KosmosQ cow cover rub. Might have over seasoned it because it’s a good rub on burgers but just seemed like a bit much. Besides SPG what rubs are good brisket rubs? Anyone use rubs from smaller, less known companies?
