I was asked by a friend to make her wedding cake. Most stressful cake I’ve ever made, just with the pressure of the occasion.
Bottom layer, spiced rum fruitcake, mid layer, white chocolate and raspberry with the top layer being Earl grey, poppy seed and lemon. Was really well received and I was super proud of it!
