My son gave me this impractical burger accessory for my birthday. Do people really use this?

I can see it being used for people with disabilities or issues pertaining to motor skills.

My biggest pet peeve with burgers is that they fall apart while you eat them. I want the burger in my mouth no in the floor.

This might be the solution for too many toppings and sauces. Our gluttony has evolved.
DingoGlittering
This looks incredible lol…

I usually put fries on my burger or nuggets so this would be perfect for not getting your hands messy.
justice_duck
Might be useful for sloppy joes. When you’re done you can scoop out the mess with some chips

If you’re going to use a burgerspoon it’s indispensable.

Is the bottom of that holder rounded? If so, my burger’s going to share the same fate as my poor meatball.

It seems like something you might use to be a little fancy with how your serve your burgers at a backyard cookout. I’ve seen similar for tacos.

I want one.

Finally, a device that might keep my Big Mac from shooting out of my hand in four different directions.

They don’t put one in your bag for you at your local McDonalds?
Lex8P
I use plates. They help contain spillages
Pixel_Nerd92
This is kinda ingenious for sloppy burgers, honestly. I’d be down to have this.

As sloppy as some people and restaurants make burgers now I wouldn’t mind one!
mushroomspirit
I have ocd and hate touching food. I would definitely use this.

Everyone in this thread is being all smug and facetious but the fact is, burgers were literally invented to have a paper wrapper to help hold them together. That is the “proper” way to eat a burger, and this device is pretty much fulfilling the same purpose. Depending on how sloppy you build a burger I could see it being useful

As the parent and recipient of this gift, you are now obligated to use it and love it
hoomba1954
I would love to use it.
J_is_for_Journey
I’ve only seen ppl on TikTok use it while reviewing burgers
