Had a pretty aggressive storm this Weekend. Thankfully, I saved the Poblano Plants. However, a lot fell off. What do I do? I can only eat so many Stuffed Peppers (Lunches this week)

  1. Stuff and freeze. Smoke. Dry. Make Lomo Saltado with Poblanos and Poblano crema.

    Poblanos are key ingredients for chile verde and arroz verde. Both are delicious!
