  3. Per usual, everything looks delicious chef. The food looked great too. ๐Ÿ˜˜ Love your videos handsome. I hope 2019 is treating you well. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ’ช

  4. Another recipe I will make! I love lamb anything!! I missed you saying GREEK EV olive oil when mixing the lamb. Donโ€™t go changing now because of some naysayers. (You did say for the drizzle.) I always use G-EVOO.
Thank you for your recipes and easy to follow demonstrations. The best when I want Greek!!

  5. Simple recipe, but sooo tasty. Thanks Akis, and as always God bless… ๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿค—๐Ÿ‘

  6. Ask your non-Greek speaking friends to pronounce "giaourtlou".
    Record it.
Laugh your ass of, especially if you had some drinks previously.
    Cook it for them.
    Don't be an asshole.

  7. If you have access to an outdoor charcoal grill, dont skip on it, makes a huge difference, it takes it next level

  8. Can I ask, why does the recipe on your website differ to the YouTube one? For ex itโ€™s saying on the website use 2 garlic cloves one onion and tomato??

  9. not the same ingredients listed on the website but they are:

    ground lamb

    dry onion

    dry garlic

    dry thyme

    ground cumin

    paprika

    salt + pepper

    chopped parsley

  10. I made tzaziki and gyros last night. Eating them tonight.

    I'm making the Kefka soon.

What is the rice seasoning the Greeks usually use?

  11. The weather is getting nicer here in Colorado! Havenโ€™t had lamb in a while. The grill is calling . . . Thank you for the recipe
