Another recipe I will make! I love lamb anything!! I missed you saying GREEK EV olive oil when mixing the lamb. Donโt go changing now because of some naysayers. (You did say for the drizzle.) I always use G-EVOO.

Can I ask, why does the recipe on your website differ to the YouTube one? For ex itโs saying on the website use 2 garlic cloves one onion and tomato??
Why didnโt you use fenugreek spice ?
not the same ingredients listed on the website but they are:
ground lamb
dry onion
dry garlic
dry thyme
ground cumin
paprika
salt + pepper
chopped parsley
