Milk is supposed to go on the steak

looks nicely cooked but poorly seared. grill marks are burn marks and the rest is lacking sear except the fat that looks charred. also a lot of fluid on plate makes me think it was either not sry brined and or not rested enough. i am sure it tasted fine but room for improved results

Looks great. I’m curious: Did you let it rest at all before cutting? If you cook it less than medium, it will be fine either way, I’ve just found consistency is better after it sits for 8-10 minutes
