Crust looks like a 3rd degree burn lol
78% hydration
5% coco
1% salt
20% starter

I had to do like 6 coils to build the gluten but I got it. The shape was nice but I was afraid I over proofed as it deflated a tiny while scoring t but it looks decent. Taste is ok but next time I’ll add laminate with chocolate chunks and score deeper.
