This is the Graham Beck Brut Zero 2014 Method Cap Classique which is the zero dosage now named ultra brut I think. Lots of dough, cheese, lemon, and brushed pear. Bone dry, high acid, showing dough, cheese, lemon and brushed pear with fine bubbles dancing on your palate like a ballerina gracefully on stage. Great wine that I would buy again. 8.7/10
