Niche just arrived last week and today the drawer knockbox arrived to replace the old brevile one.
She’s finally complete! I’ve been saying I’d get a niche since I got my Silvia almost a year ago.
The hand grinder was showing sings of breaking so I decided to pull the trigger. What an upgrade! Pulled 3 shots today with no effort and even adjusted the grind size to pull a nice ristretto shot to enjoy sans milk.
Life is good, folks.
