    RECIPE
    Red lentil TOFU – my sweet version
    Prep Time
    30 Mins
    Total Time 2.5 hour hours
    Servings: 4-6 Servings
    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup dried red lentils
    3 cups boiling water
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 & 1/2 Bananas
    DIRECTIONS:
    Put 1 cup Lentil in a cup of water
    Soak Lentils for 20 mins in water
    Boil 3 cups water then add it with the Soaked Lentils, water and bananas to Nutrabullet or Blender
    Put in a sauce pan and stir/ whisk for 5-10 minutes
    Smooth out into a glass pyrex dish
    Drizzle more cinnamon on top
    Put in the fridge for 2 hours
    Take out and cut up
    ENJOY!!!
