Yesterday I had my HelloFresh box delivered in the rain and somehow, even though it was only out there for ten seconds, the package was essentially MELTING the cardboard had gotten so wet. There was a giant hole in the bottom of the box where I could literally reach into the box and pull my food items out. I know I hadn’t left it out there longer than a few minutes and it wasn’t raining THAT hard. I also note that all the freeze packs were literally water inside – completely melted and not frozen at all. They had to have left this thing out in the rain on a cart while loading the trucks or something because I’ve never had a box arrive in this poor of condition.
