Made about 7lbs of pulled pork on the weekend and knew we had to make something with it right off the smoker. So instead of roast pork it’s smoke, and we torched some havarti over the sliced ham. Salt brined kosher dill pickles…this is easily one of my new favourite sandwiches.

Looks great, but just to be nitpicky it’s the wrong type of bread and should be a pressed sandwich. I’d still more than happily eat it though but I’d judge in science for calling it a Cuban.
