This Turkish Eggplant dish simmered, slowly cooked with tomatoes, peppers and olive oil. It is very healthy, vegan and delicious since It cooks with its own juices and aromas. 1. You are adorable and a true domestic goddess! I am so happy I found your channel. Thank you for making the video recipes in English so everyone can enjoy the amazing Turkish cuisine. I am Romanian and I can't stop smiling when I hear words I know, such as "ciorba" or "cioban" (this is how we write them but you pronounce them exactly the same) and it makes me realize how much influence the Turkish culture has over the Romanian one.

Many hugs and best wishes my dear <3!

  6. I’m Indian so I’m used to eating spicy food and dishes with lots of ingredients so I was very skeptical at first… I mean, a recipe with no black pepper even??? But I saw the positive comments so I gave this dish a go and masha Allah it is SO SO SO tasty. In fact, I’d say it’s the simplicity of the dish which makes it so delicious! You can taste every ingredient… will definitely make this again insha Allah.

    Jazakillahu Khayra for sharing xx
