Picanha is a brazilian cut of meat that has a fatty coat and is soft, usually in the animal’s behind.
In Brazil, butchers cut meat by animal anatomy. In other countries, square/retangular cuts are used. The closest to Picanha would be Sirloin or rump.

Pela cor da carne da pra ver que não está 100%, porém comia tranquilamente com um suco de limão.

  4. Only issue i see is that the olives aren’t diced, and there aren’t enough of them.

That’s more of a Picanha crime rather than a Pizza crime

Unless there is some sneaky Brazilian pizza fuckery under the cheese , this seems fine to me

Picanha is widely known by meat lovers. Best cut. It is also known as Top Sirloin Cap

In Australia we say rump cap, although it’s not hard to find it named as Brazilian Picanha nowadays.

Well I would have grilled the meat with a shot of the Kraken rum, it would give the meat a smokey smooth caramel flavor. Then sprinkle it over the sauce, with both mushrooms and olives diced in half, so don’t go rolling around and over yonder. Then layer over your parmesan and assorted cheeses … This recipe I would even use diced linguica for a more Portuguese flavor and ambiance … And served with Ruby Porto wine … 🤘😎
