Gaz Oakley is an accomplished chef, popular YouTuber, author of several cookery books and now a gardener. He recently moved from the hustle and bustle of London kitchens to a rural homestead where he’s growing his own ingredients.

Join Ben as he visits Gaz’s garden, discusses the challenges of growing a variety of interesting crops and exchanges top tips for growing delicious produce and using it in the kitchen. This video was recorded in July just as many of Gaz’s crops were starting to reach harvest.
