First time canning and I canned some tomatoes. I bought jars that came with lids and bands and used those lids. Made 3 jars. The lids are sealed but do have these raised spots on them. Should I just open and eat the tomatoes (in the jars with the raised spots) now or can I store them even though they have raised spots in the lids? 1 jar has a smooth lid; the other two have raised spots. See pics.

I would put those 2 with bent lids in the fridge and use them soon. I just wouldn’t that lid even if it appears to be sealed.
It looks like you over-tightened the bands, which caused the lids to buckle. You need to turn the bands basically until you feel resistance, and then turn slightly past that. If you clamp the bands down, air will not be able to escape from the jars during processing, and the resulting pressure build-up will deform the lids as you see.
I should be able to store the 3rd one since it’s not buckled?
