  3. Did you just use the cooked octopus as if from the previous video? I've had a very similar salad at a restaurant once. The salad was the same but instead of chopping up the octopus tentacle, they grilled it over charcoals and served it whole on top of the salad with a little basil pesto. It was phenomenal and one of the best Octopus dishes I've ever had.

  4. Nice looking fresh salad with or without the octopus. Is octopus a bit like squid in eating, it looks quite firm. Thank You Bart.
