  1. Made this except I didn’t have any cream so I used 1/4 cup of melted butter and mixed it with 3/4 cup of milk and the consistency came out good!

  2. do you think if you added a couple tablespoons of Cointreau that the alcohol would start making cheese with all that milk content?

  3. Or: , all the chocolate powder you want at least 1/4 cup; a tsp of vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar . Begin to heat as if for cocoa, mixing 1 1/2 cups of milk; and add after stirring with 1/4c cold milk, three tbs of cornstarch, bring to a boil, lower flame and cook another minute, and pour into bowls. Chill.
    This is a declicate treat. Not for filling or other uses, it's pudding at its most heavenly.

  5. I hate these recipes.
    This is the 5th video that uses cornstarch. Im from europe. That stuff is not even sold in stores. As a thickener for gravy or such we use potatoe starch. What if corn starch is something that is not readily available? What can I substitute?
