    Traditionally the food is supposed to be served on disposable banana leaves, which are placed on the floor.

    I guess the climate change drought has made banana leaves scarce.

    This is a Sikh temple where they feed hundreds of thousands of people a day, no questions asked. Whomever wants to eat gets a meal.
