It is a very good sauce but not the greatest. Let your subscribers describe it. Above all great, greater and the greatest are not used in liquids. Good, better and best might be closer to describe its deliciousness.

I would like to suggest making this the day before you eat it. Let it set over night after you finish cooking it. It tastes better the next day.

I never add water…depending on what I’m making I use only beef, pork or veggie stock in combination with some beer or red wine.

"Purified" water 😂 how about just regular tap water.
The fat must be drained from the browned meat, you missed that, I am assuming this is because you are using extra, extra extra lean meat here.
