How To Make Karniyarik (Turkish Stuffed Eggplant) | Ep 554
3-4 medium-large eggplants
salted water
2 brown onions, finely diced
1 green capsicum, diced
3 tbsp oil + 1/2 cup oil
400g beef mince
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 chopped garlic cloves
1/4 cup passata (tomato sauce)
1/2 cup passata (tomato sauce)
1 cup water
Garnish with fresh mint or parsley.
Can be served with rice/pilaf
