My bhut-ies are THRIVING (at least compared to everything else, but I wasn’t sure if I should be picking them now while they’re nice and red or should they be getting darker like the chocolate varieties seem to? I realized I might just be used to seeing them smoked and they don’t actually get darker than this.
Also, hotter than this ripe when they go longer or no?
And does anyone know if it’s chemical warfare if i dehydrate these in my garage?
