  1. Always a Great Job! Show us αλάδωτο if you would, or at least the technique where you use tahini to substitute for oil in the tomato-stewed meals (στα γιαχνιστά).

  2. I made it last night for dinner and it was sooo good.
Easy recipe to do and to play with it.
You are my go to place to look for inspiration in the kitchen.
    Thanks!! 😋 👍

  4. So delicious, Dimitra. My sister, who lives in London, asked for your website so she'll watch you make your delicious recipes, after I told her about your mouth-watering dishes. (We were born in Cyprus, so Greek food is a part of our lives.)

  12. Special dinner tonight was randomly looking for what to make for dinner. My first harvest of the season home grown potatoes and zucchini. Recipe was a hit made it gluten-free for vegetarians. Best news ever I'm going to be a Grandma 👵

  13. Just gave up meat etc. a couple months so your veg recipes are awesome plus my roots are Balkan so very familiar meals minus the meat! Ps: leeks are the best…

  14. Excellent as always! I’m loving your vegetarian recipes since I have become a vegetarian again after 50 years! Your meat recipes are awesome too but please keep posting the veg ones. Thanks for your excellent work and presentation!

  17. I made this and I enjoyed it. I did not have a leek so I used a bunch of green onions. Also the next time I will not add the dill. I served it with feta and a whole wheat pita. Outstanding.
