Recipe:
250g beef mince
Baby peppers
2 cups of rice
5 tomatoes (for rice beef filling)
8 tomatoes (to be stuffed)
3 garlic cloves
4 onion
2 squeezed lemons

1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tbsp. tomato puree
1 tbsp. pepper puree

Seasoning to taste: salt, black pepper, chili flakes, dried mint, cinnamon, cumin, fresh mint & parsley

Note: This recipe will fill 2 oven dishes of mixed dolma’s.
