    How much water/oil did you use for the pastry? Also did you melt the oil/butter together for the pastry?

    Just like YiaYia's. Used to love making filo with her. Cooking out all the water is key. Your Spanokopita looks so crispy and delicious. Love the outdoor oven. Craving now…..off to the store to buy ingredients.
