– Added a lot more garlic and red pepper flakes
– Added way too much kale and extra frozen celery I had
– Added canned tuna and egg for the ~protein
– Served with a nutty sourdough bread (but some family members also ate with rice/ leftover noodles)

Next time I’d take out and mash/ purée the beans before adding the kale, as I ended up just blending the too-much-kale

Easy, tasty, and I’d make it again (with a better bean:kale ratio)
