    The customer service is usually hit or miss on how helpful they are, but the cancelling procedure on HelloFresh is very difficult on both sides to cancel.

    Sounds like the person is worried that you’ll mark them as unhelpful in the survey because they couldn’t give you what you wanted.

    It’s really a really weird to plead like that. It could be that the person is new, desperate, or just manipulative.

    Sounds like you didn’t cancel by the deadline stated in the app. If that’s the case,c why do they owe you a refund?

    I skipped 2 weeks as I was going to be out of town and they sent them anyway I had Proof of that and then they told me I wouldn’t be charged and I wake up to over $200 taken out of account. And they wouldn’t refund me so i disputed it

    You probably cancelled too late for that weeks cut off – understandably they can’t cancel until the following week
