I really thought I debubbled/wiped the rims each of these quart jars of cranberry juice but this one must have siphoned down. If this were jam I would either refrigerate or just be really cautious with it (and not gift)once opened. These rest for 6 weeks, do you think this one will be okay or should I let it rest in the fridge?
Recipe
1.5 cup fresh cranberries
1/3 cup sugar
Water bath processed for 25 mins.

I think a bigger concern is the amount of fruit to water and how they were processed. Below is a link to a tested recipe that requires a heavy syrup and fruit to be boiled in it for 3 minutes. Then the fruit is out into the jars to to headspace requirement and after the hot syrup is poured over it. What you described does not seem to be a tested process.
