I was going to make the frosting tonight and was wondering if I could frost cupcakes tonight, leave them out of the fridge and eat tomorrow since there are cream cheese in it?
Hi Laura! Love you and all your recipes. I made the pb& j cup cakes and the TBSP of baking powder is a bit much. Exploded my cupcakes! I tried it with a tsp the next time and it was perfect so I am assuming it is just a typo. Just wanted to give you the heads up. I knew better but have NEVER found an error in your recipes so I went ahead with it. I learned a lot! Thanks for all you've shared. I love your new show and get teary when I watch it because I know you have worked so hard. CONGRATS TO YOU!!!
When I first read what you were making I was like (Ummm, no) .. Then I just decided to click on the video, and wow! You are so clever, I thought you were going to do something totally different. I thought you were just gonna put the peanut butter and jelly on top of the cupcakes the regular way, but this looks good. I wouldn't mind trying it.
Made these a couple days ago and they turned out delicious! The cupcake part was a little bit dry, but the frosting with the jam in the middle was the perfect combination 👍🏼
I wish I could give more "thumbs up" to this recipe. I baked them today and they were fantastic, even thought I made a couple of small mistakes (frosting too runny-I added the milk and shouldn't have, and not enough jelly inside), they were still the best. What a forgiving recipe. Love it!
Laura – I absolutely love how you taste the creations you’ve made. I made peanut butter and jelly cupcakes before and it’s incredibly beautiful and tastes so heavenly and I’m so ready to do more batches of them!
I can bet the jelly was not visible or distributed well in cupcake,becoz its not possible that laura doesn't want to show us the jelly part,its not possible,we all know Laura 😌
