Went back to my neighbors tree and got about 20 more lbs of peaches. After throwing out bad ones, skinning, pitting, and eating a few on the side had about 13 lbs to cook with.
Overflowed my pot, so there is about 1.5 lbs in the fridge, which will be used for peach cobbler tomorrow.
Went a lot better this time, but could pack a little tighter. Also ran out of pints, so those quarts are not tight at all.
