Hi like your recipes I would like to know chicken kebab please
Looks incredible! Wow i'm so hungry now. Thanks for this special recipe!
Dude I love your videos, but this one is a BIG NO NO. As a Lebanese Armenian I know everything is off with this one. From the recipe ingredients to the way it ends up looking. The dough is too thick and you barely managed to fill it with the fillings. Plus they look nothing like kibbeh.
Lebanese meat Kibbeh has no eggs, no garlic, uses less Bulghur wheat, less spices and more herbs, is much thinner, and a more defined shape.
This may very well be a delicious recipe, just not the typical Kibbeh .

You can bake them as well. They’ll taste better when cold. Not soggy.
Thank you I have not had these in like 30 years or so 🙂 wow these are my favorite but with a flatbread with Tooboleh and lettuce and onions so I can eat like a sandwich ) Yummy 🙂

hi im new subcriber….. thank you for your recipe….
🤦🏻♀️ You’re catastrophique 😅😅 just like the most of us when trying to be the boss in the kitchen And that’s the beauty in your videos. Natural! Look at those patties .. they’re big as grenades but hey, they’re definitely wholesome and satisfying! 😋😋
Good job! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I'm from the Caribbean and growing up we too cook this Lebanese Kibbeh dish we adopted. The only thing is we shaped it like a football and the beef was mixed with lamb and there's a dipping sauce too.
😅😅 should've just looked here first. 💯💯
One egg!!! Of all the qibbeh recipes I watched I never saw a version with eggs…I do without and it works perfectly! But what I find quite amazing is that no one uses the same spices so I just wonder what are the spices of the original recipe, can you say?
My favourite ! Thank you
