hey Alia, I have one question. Can you take out the artichokes out from this dish?… I actually tried something similar to this plate, but there were no artichokes mixed with the dish. I remember being peas and lamb drenched in a kind of like brown sauce. It was amazing, but since then I don't remember the name of the dish.

salam alik aliya and salam to yr parent and yr grand mother .i am algerian .you give us the true recipes and with real and true methode (je vois dire que tu ns a donner les astuces pour chaque plat,tout tes plat reussit;j les tous essayé .tout le monde a etonné pour ce changement je cuisine bien alors avant je né cuisiné car aucun plat n'est reussi mais grace a toi tt le monde satisfait .ma chere tjrs je demande au dieu pr te proteger et te facilite ton chemin
