Really really nice! Light smoky flavor, firm fish. Cream cheese, capers, grunions on rye cracker. Went together incredibly well. Thank y’all!

    I am a fan of the KO’s and if a smokier flavor is desired, the Rugen Fisch version found at my local Polish market.

    Any “Kipper” over a dry Wasa cracker, with whipped cream cheese, paired with fresh dill and lemon is, well, divine.

    I’ll have to look for the Crown Prince variety to compare, thanks!
