I ordered a couple steaks for my wife’s birthday and they came in looking like this. I think I smell a faint odor on them but I have a bad sense of smell.

Open them and smell. The liquid isn’t always an indicator of spoiling, if it smells funky at all toss it.

I’d be concerned about the air bubbles inside, and lack of a proper vacuum seal. I’d email the company before you open them and see what they say. The meat looks fine from here, but it’s impossible to answer your question even in person, let alone based on one photo.

Look perfectly fine. Check the date and give it the smell test. Also, where did you order them from? Why not just go to the store and get some fresh ones?
