It’s been years since I’ve had some and was really craving it.

Shanghai Restaurant near the linc has them. Jade restaurant in west Austin might too?

Ranch 99 has them, I believe, 11-2ish. At least they used to.
Austin is a dim sum desert atm. We’re a huge whiff on hot pot and dim sum. Sure there are options, but they’re not what anyone really wants on a regular basis.

I’ve always wanted to try these! I can’t find them anywhere!

I want to try them too! I just need to find them next time I’m in Houston. I did have some at Elizabeth St Cafe on S. First, but they were fusion-y and expensive.

Not exactly the same but Tâm Deli has a few different Vietnamese Rice noodle wrap dishes.
BÁNH CUỐN. My favourite is a minced pork with Woodward mushroom, but they also have a shrimp one. It’s served with Nước chấm rather than the soy based sauce, but they are very good.
