I went to their soft opening and was turned away because they hadn’t actually checked out the kitchen vent system beforehand, and when they fired up their wood burning stoves the place filled with smoke and looked like it was on fire.
The restaurant has always smelled like smoke inside to the point where it infuses your clothes. I guess it’s the burning red ash.
