Experienced Venice in the winter, few tourists, mostly local culture. Had the pleasure of eating here and felt the full essence of this wonderful city. If you go, go in the winter (chilly but not too cold, except for wind hitting the canal waters at night, bring a scarf!).

I have not forgotten this risotto – it's been 14 years ago and I've been on a constant hunt for it since then – none have come close. Now I see why!
