Made super easy mini calzones!
Took frozen dinner rolls, rolled them out flat, and filled with pizza sauce, cheese and mushrooms. Then brushed melted butter on them, and sprinkled a little parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Made 2 dozen for a few bucks since I had almost everything i needed in the pantry. (I just baked them for what the dinner roll packaging said, then flipped them and baked for a few more minutes)
