I’m not talking about the weed bang lassi. I’m looking for Lassi that is made like they do in Varanasi. I had lassi similar to the one from Blue Lassi (not exactly that place) and I’ve been dying to find someone that makes it like that here in LA. I am not extremely familiar with Indian cuisine, but lassi here is always some sort of drink like mango lassi. Varanasi style is super thick with a variety of fruit in a bowl.
