



Goldie’s method. Kamado. Absolutely the best meat I’ve ever cooked .
Store bought corned beef. Soaked overnight. Lots of pepper and seasoning next morning. On the Kamado 2-4 hours after. 6 hours at 250-290, foil and tallow for hot hold in oven for a few hours. Oh my. I can die tomorrow fulfilled.
