Recently moved to a new location, got my first box here. I picked it up immediately after it was delivered so it wasn’t like it was left out in the rain. I almost couldn’t pick it up.

    Contact HF and send this photo. This isn’t directly their fault (it’s not like it left their facility this way).

    It’s on the shipping company they use in your area, and HF needs to know if that company is wrecking boxes like this.

    That box looks like my two toddlers stomped on it for about 20 minutes straight.

    Hopefully still enough is salvageable to make some weird goulash type thing. HF is good about refunding stuff like this.

    That’s less than optimal…

    Contact HF and let them know – not only to get a credit/new box, but so they know there may be an issue with the delivery company. If they get enough complaints about a company, they may change who they use. Also, it can depend on the day of week you get your deliveries. When we get Monday deliveries, it is usually through Veho, a private delivery company. When we’ve had deliveries set for other days, we’ve had UPS deliver some of them.
